Coaching Supervision

If you want to develop yourself to be ‘the best coach you can be’, then you will be looking for an experienced supervisor to work with.

Supervision

Francis Christie is accredited with the European Coaching and Mentoring Council (EMCC) and International Coach Federation (ICF) to offer individual coach-supervision or group supervision.

“Super-vision: looking at the world through your eyes”.

“Coaching supervision is a structured, formal process where a coach brings aspects of their practice to review and to reflect on with an experienced, individual supervisor or with group supervision.

With their help, the coach is able to analyse, explore and transform what is happening in their practice in order to get support for themselves, to learn from that experience, develop their competencies and improve their coaching practice.  This is done in the context of both supervisor and coach contracting to hold themselves accountable to a mutually agreed code of practice, ethics and coaching competencies”. Francis Christie 2012

My purpose in offering supervision is to provide a space where coaches are challenged and inspired to re-frame their understanding and expectations of clients and transform their coaching practice. I offer a crystal-clear focus and invite direct, respectful, open communication. I would like this to be a safe, welcoming space for the coach to work in, where they are free to explore their practice and to discover how to be a better coach.

My aspiration, as a coach, is to work with clients at a transformational level. My aspiration as a supervisor, for other coaches who work with me, is that they find my supervision to be a transformational experience for them.

Why don’t you call me and explore this for yourself?
