Jacqui Temple, Learning & Development Specialist

Jacqui is an experienced facilitator, trainer and coach with over 20 years experience in HR.  She specialises in Learning and Development activities in national and multinational organisations and her experience includes the design and delivery of global training and development. She is passionate about providing learning that truly makes a difference for people, and will work with your managers and leaders to create solutions that are appropriate to the needs of your organisation, team and individual people.

Jacqui works as part of our team to ensure that our approach will deliver sustainable development. This can be as a result of the design of specific programmes, through their integration with other initiatives in your business, or by linking the learning into the activities and operational requirements on the recipients of the people we work with.

Her many years of experience have spanned management and personal development to a wide range of people and cultures. Her areas of expertise and accreditation include using psychometric testing as a development tool and as part of an assessment process, coaching and mentoring, job analysis, competencies and role profiles (qualified through the Occupational Psychologist Centre), and assessing employee development, including NVQ’s

Jacqui’s successful career has included working effectively in highly unionised environments, charitable and multinational organisations. She has a post-graduate Certificate in Coaching & Mentoring (CIPD) through the Oxford School of Mentoring and a Chartered certificate in Personnel and Development through the CIPD.
