I can help you to develop some more creative ideas, re-frame your view of work and increase your prospects for the future.
A career review will help you take stock of where you are now and where you want to go next in your career. I would give you:
- A questionnaire to enable you to take stock of your career;
- Some key questions to help you understand what you have achieved so far;
- A two hour coaching session to help you clarify what your career options are; and
- A follow-up phone coaching session to help you maintain your progress.
This service is based on my experience of helping other business people figure out what they really want in life and work. Then, how to put together a plan and gather the resources they need to get there.
The cost would be £360 for you, if you are paying for it yourself. We can do the coaching face-to-face, if you come to my office in Worcester, or over the phone, if that suits you better.
