What Happened Next?

Paul's Story
I resigned from the AA in April 2008 and set-up my own business. I was asked to stay on a part-time basis for another 3 months.
Now we are up and running. We have won our first contracts and you can see the exciting projects we’ve done on our website: www.oldboymusic.com.
Bev's Story
- I have gained recognition from the other Board members, with very encouraging feedback;
- I was promoted to Finance Director, two months ahead of my plan, and the Board appointment was announced to the employees and customers in June.
- I am focusing on a 100 day plan for the Finance Director’s role and on my contribution to business strategy.
Phil's Story
Since completing my coaching programme, I have realised my aim of securing a good senior role with CSC, a leading global outsourcing and systems integration organisation.
Steve's Story
As a result of my coaching, I have started to build my own consultancy and training business. I am shaping my plans and income around the lifestyle that I would like (rather than my lifestyle driving my need for income).
I love interacting with people and now I enable sales managers and their teams to be more effective. I have embraced the opportunity and I am thriving!
I have used Francis again recently, as a sounding board, while I developed a new range of services. The story goes on...
Becki's Story- I did not get a place to run in the London Marathon for 2006, so the training continues!
- I did achieve my career goal - I was promoted in December - three months ahead of my plan!
As with any growing business, change is continuous. Since completing coaching, further changes have occurred within my team. I have coped well with these changes and an increased work-load. I feel well equipped to see these as opportunities and continue my own development into the future.
Robbyn’s Story- I feel I have now dealt with the past and resolved the issues that affected me. I have not had any recurring depression in the last 12 months.
- One of my personal goals was to share my experience with others in the medical world. I have used what I learned from coaching to help others at work.
- I am coping better in looking after my children. What I learned about myself has enabled me to understand their patterns of behaviour and deal with them more constructively.
