Clare Jones, HR Specialist
Hugely rewarded when she believes that she has made a difference, Clare recognises the turmoil that many businesses and indeed employees face. She works both at an organisational and individual level with clients with a passion for focusing on creatively addressing people challenges, shifting perspectives, continuous development and sustainability.
Clare worked in HR with a wide range of business both in the private and public sectors prior to becoming a coach and advisor. These included Wyre Forest District Council, Adams Childrenswear, PricewaterhouseCoopers, The Reality Group (formerly Kays Catalogue), Britvic Soft Drinks, Wincanton Distribution and Balfour Beatty Plc. She has worked both in operational HR and at a strategic level, coaching executives through cultural and business transformation.
She now works with clients across sectors, including not-for-profit, and has delivered engagement work for our clients as well as being actively involved in coaching and advisory work.
Clare is a Fellow of the CIPD, has an Advanced Diploma in Coach-Mentoring from the Oxford School of Mentoring, and is accredited in a range of profiling tools.
