Richard Procter, Director
Richard brings nearly 30 years of experience as a General Manager and Managing Director. His first 6 years were as a Police Officer, where he was a member of the prestigous ‘Special Course’ designed for individuals selected to progress to the highest ranks. Since leaving the Police, he has provided the leadership for a range of businesses as General Manager, MD, owner, and Chairman.
Over the last 10 years, Richard has worked with over 200 client organisations: effectively leading and running programmes in strategic thinking and planning, operational improvement, business education, leadership & management development, and business mentoring. Clients include corporations such as Thomas Cook, Ricoh, Corus and the Kingspan Group; membership organisations such as Remploy, First Milk and SAPCA*; as well as numerous privately owned businesses.
Richard is an expert communicator and facilitator; he speaks four languages, holds an MBA (Distinction) from Warwick Business School, is a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute and holds the Chartered Manager award.
