I have achieved the top accreditation of Master Certified Coach (MCC), set by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
I have invested two years in listening, learning, practicing and professional development. Let me say a massive ‘thank you’ to all who helped me and encouraged me to keep learning and growing.
Duncan Coppock was my mentor-coach. He has encouraged me to believe that I am a brilliant coach and I am working already as a Master… and now I have the accreditation to show for it as well. So, thank you, Duncan. I highly recommend Duncan to you as a mentor-coach.
The ICF set the ‘gold standard’ for professional coaching. The top International Coaching Federation (ICF) credential is Master Certified Coach (MCC).
All credential-holders are highly trained (200+ hours) and experienced (2,500+ hours) coaches. They have demonstrated knowledge and highly proficient application of the ICF Core Competencies, Code of Ethics, and the definitions of coaching. Credential-holders are required to show a commitment to high ethical standards and have demonstrated, through rigorous assessment, a high degree of competence and fluency in a variety of skills in their work with clients.
